Medical advice can be received 24 hours a day at the main number: 650-579-6500. We encourage our families to call during our Phone Hours for medical advice whenever possible. We have very experienced advice nurses available to answer your questions. You may also leave your question for your child’s doctor or the on call doctor, however, the advice nurses primary job is to answer advice questions; they should be able to answer you in a timely fashion (30 minutes or less in most instances).
